### The stay includes

 
Breakfast and free access to group activities, namely, Yoga, Yoga Kids, Functional Training, Trekking, Discovery Trek, Family Challenge, Traditional Games, Treasure Hunt, Discovering the Vegetable Garden, To The Rhythm of the Chickens, From Garden to 5 O´Clock Tea, Chocolate Muffins, Artistic Workshops, Bicycles, Karts, and Trampolines (subject to availability).

 
### Payment policy

 
The full payment for the stay is required 14 days prior to the check-in date. In due time, we will share a hyperlink through which you can authorize the payment via your credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express). For payments exceeding €5,000, the payment must be made via bank transfer. Failure to make the advance payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

 
### Cancellation policy

 
Reservations may be cancelled or changed until 14 days prior to the check-in date. After this period, in case of cancellation, changes, no-show, or early departure, there will be no refund.

 
### Sustainability policy

 
Our Villas do not have air-conditioning. Our spirit cherishes pure air! Our heating and cooling system is a passive and ecological solution. Therefore, it may not act promptly. We use geothermal/aerothermal energy to heat the floors, taking advantage of Air temperature and/or the Earth’s internal temperature, and all the houses have fireplaces/wood burners. As a cooling option, we recommend opening the large windows to let the sea breeze in, or using the fans.
