. Payment Policy: Pre-payment up to 48 hours before the stay, charged to the credit card provided when making the reservation;

 
. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the arrival date, without additional costs;

 
. Age Policy: Stays with children under 16 years of age are not permitted at the Hotel;
