# Owners' Reservations

 
#### OWNERS’ RESERVATIONS

Whenever you wish to book dates for stays in your villa, we ask you to submit your requests via [**Owners Portal**](https://mobile.areiasdoseixo.com/OwnersPortal/), until July 31st of the previous year. You can check our [**Step-by-Step Guide**](https://cloud.areiasdoseixo.com/ficheiros/owners_portal_-_step_by_step.pdf).

 
After this date, we open our sales for accommodation regarding the following year. This means our guests will be able to book the available nights from this point onwards. Therefore, your booking requests made after July 31st will be subject to general availability.

 
**During the closing periods of our operation:**

 
Whenever you wish to stay at your villa, we strongly advise you to submit your request with at least 48 hours in advance, considering weekdays, otherwise we may not be able to prepare your home promptly.

 
We also inform you that it is during this period that we carry out the necessary maintenance work in the various houses. Booking in advance and with accurate dates (check-in and check-out) is therefore essential.

 
During this period our services are reduced. Meaning that cleaning requests during the stay are subject to availability.

 
Our assistance timetable is between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
