**PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS**

 
· Down payment | To guarantee the reservation: 1-month stay deposit is required
· Remaining Payments | Over 1 monthly stay, monthly payments must be done up to 30 days prior to each month
· Cancellations | No refund will apply

 
Note: Over 1 monthly stay, and in case of full amount pre-payment, 5% discount will be applied.

 
**RATES**

 
Rates per Villa, per 30 nights, in January, February, March, November and December 2025/2026, without breakfast, and with all taxes included. Maximum occupancy per Villa: 6 people.
