. Payment Policy: Payment of the stay 48 hours before the arrival, charged to the card provided;

. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be changed up to 48 hours before the check-in date. After this period, in case of changes, as well as in situations of no-show or early departure, no refund will be given.

. Age Policy: The hotel's spa and swimming pool are for guests aged 16 and over.
