## Payment & Cancellation Policies

**| 2-night refundable package |**
 Full payment for the stay must be made by November 30th.
In due time, we will share a payment link through which you can authorise payment by credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express).
For Villas, payments exceeding €5,000 must be made by bank transfer. Failure to make the advance payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations will be accepted until November 30th, with a full refund of the amount paid.
 From December 1st onwards, in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, no refunds will be given.

**| 2-night Non-Refundable Package |**Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking, with no possibility of changing the stay dates.
For Villas, payments exceeding €5,000 must be made by bank transfer. Failure to make the advance payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
In the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.

## Your stay includes

Breakfast and complimentary access to group activities according to the [activity calendar](https://concierge.areiasdoseixo.com/v2/) , provided that the General Conditions and Policies are met.

## Please Note

Vegan menu choices, allergies, dietary restrictions and food intolerances must be communicated in advance, at the time of booking. Otherwise, non-vegan options will be considered.

## Transfer and Rent-a-car Service

If you are traveling by plane, start by ["to switch off"](https://www.areiasdoseixo.com/m/en/transfer-service) right upon arrival.

## Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 4 PM
 Check-out: until 12:00 PM

## Pet Friendly Policy

· Pets are allowed to stay in our Villas. On the other hand, in Hotel suites, main building, and Restaurant Lugar da Horta, we only allow assistant dogs;
· We are ready to welcome two pets maximum, per villa, as long as each individual’s weight does not exceed 15kg;
· An extra cleaning fee of 25€ per night, per pet, will be applied;
· Your pet(s) must always be on a leash when inside Areias do Seixo’s premises, except when inside your own villa;
· We provide a welcoming kit with one bed, one food bowl and one water bowl.
