Sessions are led by a certified surf instructor. **LOCATION** Sessions usually take place at Santa Cruz beach. However, given the needs of each level, they may be taught in different places along the West Coast, like Praia da Calada, Peniche or Foz do Arelho. The trip to the beach will be on foot or in a van, depending on where the lesson is based. **DURATION** Each session includes 90 minutes of practice in the water. From departure to return to Areias do Seixo, the full experience can last up to 4 hours (when it is necessary to travel to a beach outside Santa Cruz). **GEAR** Surfboard (softboard or hardboard), wetsuit, leash, wax. **AMENITIES** Foot Shower, Sunscreen stick. **CONSTRAINTS** Weather, sea conditions and tides. Physical and health limitations. Onsite bookings (subject to availability) and cancellations must be done until 6pm the day before. **PRICE** SURF (from 13 years old): € 65 / per person | in group up to 5 people SURF KIDS (between 6 and 12 years old): € 65 / per person | in group up to 5 children SURF FAMILY & FRIENDS (from 6 years old): € 290 / session | 2 people OR € 325 / session | 3-5 people ## STAND UP PADDLE For different learning levels. Each group—based on the participant's age and learning level—is accompanied by an instructor. **LOCATION** Óbidos Lagoon. The trip to the beach is in a van. **DURATION** Each session includes 120 minutes of practice in the water. From departure to return to Areias do Seixo, the full experience can last up to 5 hours. **GEAR** SUP board, oar, lifejacket, wetsuit, leash. **AMENITIES** Foot Shower, Sunscreen stick. **CONSTRAINS** Weather.
