Intended for participants from 14 years old, at different fitness levels. The sessions are led by a specialized instructor. In group up to 4 people. It is possible to hold group or private sessions. **LOCATION** Tenda do Sol. **DURATION** 45 minutes. **GEAR** Unstable platforms, fit balls, bands, ropes, ball, BOSU, bars, boxes, etc. **CONSTRAINS** Physical and health limitations. Onsite bookings (subject to availability) and cancellations must be done until 6pm the day before. **ACCESS** Free access for all guests during the stay.
