A moment of well-being and tranquillity, using the vibrations and sounds of instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs - which act on our body and mind, inducing deep relaxation and a meditative state... The Sound takes us to a place of peace, serenity, and harmony...

 
Intended for participants from the age of 12

 
N.B.: Please wear comfortable clothing. Not recommended for people with pacemakers. This experience takes place in the Garden Dome. Reservations subject to availability.

**FOR FAMILIES...**

 
A family sound journey where parents and children are invited to immerse themselves in the sounds of gongs, kalimbas and Tibetan singing bowls, in harmony with nature. Through stories told by sounds and vibrations, imaginary landscapes are created, inviting relaxation, creativity and well-being. At the end of the session, parents and children are invited to freely explore and play the instruments.

 
Suitable for children aged 2 to 11 years old, always accompanied by an adult.

 
N.B.: Reservations must be made by 6:00 pm on the previous day. Maximum capacity of 10 participants. This experience takes place in the Garden Dome. Please wear comfortable clothing.
