Surf & SUP
SURF
With three distinct learning levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—each group is organized based on age and level. Sessions are led by a certified surf instructor.
LOCATION
Sessions usually take place at Santa Cruz beach. However, given the needs of each level, they may be taught in different places along the West Coast, like Praia da Calada, Peniche or Foz do Arelho. The trip to the beach will be on foot or in a van, depending on where the lesson is based.
DURATION
Each session includes 90 minutes of practice in the water. From departure to return to Areias do Seixo, the full experience can last up to 4 hours (when it is necessary to travel to a beach outside Santa Cruz).
GEAR
Surfboard (softboard or hardboard), wetsuit, leash, wax.
AMENITIES
Shower.
CONSTRAINTS
Weather, sea conditions and tides. Physical and health limitations.
Onsite bookings (subject to availability) and cancellations must be done until 6pm the day before.

STAND UP PADDLE
For different learning levels. Each group—based on the participant's age and learning level—is accompanied by an instructor.
LOCATION
Óbidos Lagoon. The trip to the beach is in a van.
DURATION
Each session includes 120 minutes of practice in the water. From departure to return to Areias do Seixo, the full experience can last up to 5 hours.
GEAR
SUP board, oar, lifejacket, wetsuit, leash.
