Guests have free access to group sessions of Yoga, Yoga Kids, Functional Training, Trekking, Discovery Trek, Family Challenge, Treasure Hunt Discovering the Organic Garden, To the Rhythm of the Chickens, Chocolate Muffins and Arts & Crafts, as well as bicycles, karts, according to the schedule and the Terms and Conditions in force.

BREAKFAST
Included in the stay... A delicious buffet consisting of regional products from our garden, natural juices, fresh fruit, various types of bread and cereals, cakes, yogurt, and homemade jams.
PET FRIENDLY POLICY
· Pets are allowed to stay in our Villas. On the other hand, in Hotel suites, main building, and Restaurant Lugar da Horta, we only allow assistant dogs;
· We are ready to welcome two pets maximum, per villa, as long as each individual’s weight does not exceed 15kg;
· An extra cleaning fee of 25€ per night, per pet, will be applied;
· Your pet(s) must always be on a leash when inside Areias do Seixo’s premises, except when inside your own villa;
· We provide a welcoming kit with one bed, one food bowl and one water bowl.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The full payment for the stay is required 14 days prior to the check-in date. In due time, we will share a hyperlink through which you can authorize the payment via your credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express).
For the Villas, payments exceeding €5,000 must be made via bank transfer. Failure to make the advance payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Reservations may be cancelled or changed until 14 days prior to the check-in date. After this period, in case of cancellation, changes, no-show, or early departure, there will be no refund.
Exception to the Payment and Cancellation Policy, applicable to Villas during peak season: Full payment for the stay is required up to 30 days prior to the check -in date. Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 30 days before the check -in date.
