Here we cook with what Mother Earth - naturally - gives us; we use and abuse of flowers, bulbs, roots, vegetables and herbs of our garden; the products are used according to seasonality, mostly are Portuguese and many locally sourced.

Lunch & Light Meals | Carta do Sol | 1pm to 7pm (exclusive for guests)
Dinner | Carta da Lua | 7pm to 10:30pm (guests and non-guests)

From 2014 to 2021, between internships, training and working with Michelin stars, he decided to seriously invest in his art, by traveling through London, Lisbon, Porto and Burgundy.
The art of cooking certainly improved, and his passion grew even stronger.
Until finally, in 2021, he received an invitation to come work for our hotel and has remained here, ever since.
