The stay includes breakfast and free access to group activities, namely, Yoga, Yoga Kids, Functional Training, Trekking, Discovery Trek, Family Challenge, Traditional Games, Treasure Hunt, Discovering the Vegetable Garden, To The Rhythm of the Chickens, From Garden to 5 O´Clock Tea, Chocolate Muffins, Artistic workshops, bicycles, karts, and trampolines (subject to availability). Warnings
All types of accommodation are for non-smokers and do not have air-conditioning. Our spirit cherishes pure air! Our heating and cooling system is a passive and ecological solution. Therefore, it may not act promptly. We use aerothermal energy (Ocean Signature Superior Pool Villas and Ocean Signature Pool Villas) or geothermal energy (Suites, Ocean Superior Pool Villas, Pool Villas and Plunge Pool Townhouses) to heat the floors, taking advantage of the outside air or Earth’s internal temperature – respectively -, and all have fireplaces/wood burners. As a cooling option, we recommend opening the large windows to let the sea breeze in or using the fans.
The Villas have several floors (in some houses, the areas are connected through open space / floating staircases) and a very specific architecture. As a result, it can present some difficulties and dangers for children’ supervision and mobility. For people with mobility impairment, we recommend Ocean Signature Superior Pool Villas.
In our Villas the swimming pool is unfenced, and it is not appropriate for children who cannot swim.
Access
Access to the Spa and outdoor pool in the main building of the Areias do Seixo Hotel is intended for guests aged 16 and older.
